Accidents Happen
Starring Academy Award winning actress Geena Davis Accidents Happen - the first feature from AFTRS graduate Andrew Lancaster (Screen music 1994) - has secured its Australian national release date. AFTRS was lucky enough to provide a special screening of Accidents Happen in late 2009 as part of one our Friday on My Mind sessions and is delighted that Andrew and the team at Red Carpet and Bankside productions have secured a date to screen this luscious looking and wickedly funny story, shot on the leafy north shore of Sydney, about the fate and misfortune that befalls one family in 1980s suburban America. Accidents Happen can be caught at the following cinemas: Newtown Dendy, the Verona, Academy Twin and The Orpheum from April 22
