Calvin Marshall Resumes Monthly Film Series

Friday -Director and Producer Return for Post-Film Q & A
Two special showings of the popular 2010 AIFF feature film Calvin Marshall will continue the festival's Monthly Film Series this Friday, April 30 at the Varsity Theatre at 6pm and 8:40pm.
The romantic comedy about baseball and love, that played to a sold out crowd at the Historic Ashland Armory, co-stars Steve Zahn and was shot on location in Ashland and Medford.
The film features the Oregon Shakespeare Festival’s Catherine Coulson and Terri McMahon, as well as many other Southern Oregon actors, extras and crew. The Director/Producer team of Gary and Anne Lundgren will return to Ashland to take audience questions after the screenings.
Monthly Film Series tickets are discounted 25% for AIFF members and available now at the Varsity Theatre Box Office. The screenings continue a series of Southern Oregon premieres and encores of film festival favorites showing on selected Fridays through November at the Varsity.
