The Byron Bay International Film Festival (www.bbff.com.au/) will be held 5 - 13 March.
The Flickerfest 2010 national tour is under way across Australia. This week the fest is visiting locations including Kempsey, Noosa, Sawtell, Nambour, Gunnedah and Brisbane. For full tour listing click here www.flickerfest.com.au.

The fourth Dungog Film Festival (27-30 May) is calling for submissions. Earlybird deadline is 1 March.

The 2010 RomCom Script Competition is presented by the Australian Writers' Guild and Inscription. The winner will work with two of the world's leading romantic comedy gurus, Michael Hauge and Steven Kaplan. Entries close 5 March.

The Australian Writers' Guild 43rd Annual AWGIE Awards are now open for entries with most categories closing 19 March. For more details head to www.awg.com.au
