45th New York Film Festival

The New York Film Festival first held in 1962 is now in its 45th year is currently screening and with only 5 days left you had better be quick before you miss out on some of this years fantastic new releases.
While the festival doesn’t give out awards are given out but it can be a great boost to your film if it wins selection at the festival as this is one of the most prestigous festivals in the US and it is not unusual to find that many of the films selected do the global festival circuit as well.The festival is also known for its several sidebars, programs running concurrently with the main festival.

This years festival began on September 28 and ends on October the 14th at the Frederick P. Rose Hall, Home of Jazz at Lincoln Center. If you want to see what tickets are still available head over to www.filmlinc.com/nyff/tickets

Damn I juts left NYC a few weeks ago...would have been awesome to see the new cut of Blade Runner and Wes Andersons Latest.

Also Redacted, Paranoid Park and No Country for Old Men....to many, sounds liek a great fracking festival.
