US BOX 26th July
July 27th 2009 07:55
'G-Force' topped the box office this weekend with an estimated $32.2 million, which doest put it anywhere near the top when comparing other animations the likes of FINDING NEMO and the SHREK franchise, but still a good little earner for Buena Vista.
Meanwhile although Harry number 6 continues to earn more than its previous five frachise films , ORDER OF THE PHOENIX has out-earned THE HALF BLOOD PRINCE for 7 of its 8 days in release. Could Harry be losing his magic touch?
THE UGLY TRUTH takings puts in the same league as all those very average Matthew McConaghy films while ORPHAN the latest horror flick has been very diappoionting with only $13million in its first week while ICEAGE 3 continues its slow slide down the box office iceberg.
